Shipping & Refunds: Shipping is available within the regions of Europe and the United States at a cost of €12 and Greece at a cost of €5. Store pickup is also available at 23 Mitropoleos Street, Thessaloniki 546 31, Greece. For shipping to Asia and Oceania please contact us at info@nostudio.studio. Orders are shipped from Thessaloniki, Greece every Monday morning. Orders placed on Monday after 16:00pm GMT+3 will be processed the following Monday. Delivery times will vary between 10-20 business days for Europe and America and 1–5 business days for Greece. Due to COVID-19, there might be delays with the orders. Please make sure you are available to pick up your package as we cannot cover shipping costs for resending them.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages: No Studio, Studio and Georgia Harizani are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipment.
